Rosie Knit Pattern

This very pretty set is as easy to make as it is enchanting to look at.  A slight A line shape with dropped shoulders, a simple picot edge, a little lace flower as well as a simple  intarsia one.  Options are given for either hemming as you go or finishing them later.  Hat is knitted flat and seamed.
